The Château de la Bourdaisière is the capital of the tomato. The unique setting has always inspired Louis Albert de Broglie, who provides us with a culinary collection based on the tomato: round, plum or heart-shaped; black, green, red or yellow; raw, cooked or in its juice, etc. The remarkable fruit has an unsuspected versatility and can play a part in any course, from starter to dessert!

Discover 50 recipes including a three-tomato terrine, tomato salad with champagne, tomato chutney with ginger and grilled fillet of duck breast, and fruit paste with tomato.

Turning the pages, you will also find advice for traditional organic tomato growing in the garden that will help you care for your tomatoes and enjoy delicious seasonal fruit.
